Adding new document card
1.Manual addition using appropriate dialog.
The system proposes the variety of the ways to acquire new documents. By manual addition with appropriate dialog. Using Copy-Paste commands of Windows Explorer. By Drag and Drop from Windows Explorer to the Docsphere document list area. Using right mouse click menu of Windows Explorer. Using the custom Docsphere toolbars in Microsoft Word. From Scanner.
2.Using Copy-Paste commands of Windows Explorer.
Open Windows explorer. My Computer, My Documents, file search dialog etc. Go to appropriate file or folder. Copy the file or folder using right mouse button or any other way. Select one of the folders at the left side of Docsphere user interface, click right mouse button on the list at the right side. On the pop-up menu select option "Paste". The card will be added to the list.
3.By Drag and Drop from Windows Explorer.
Open Windows explorer. Go to appropriate file or folder. Drag the file or folder with left mouse button to the list of the Docsphere user interface having one of the Docsphere folders chosen. The card will be added to the list. This option work also when dragging list of files, the cards will be created for all items of the list. You can also drag from file search dialog.
4.By using right mouse click context menu of Windows Explorer.
Open Windows explorer. Select single file or folder. Open the right mouse click menu. The context menu will have "Docsphere Card" option.
After choosing this Docsphere option the document card will appear with default needed data. The document card will be saved after clicking on "Ok" button on the card
5.From custom toolbar in Microsoft Word.
Open Microsoft Word, You will see custom Docsphere toolbar added to the visible toolbars of the Microsoft Word.

Open one of existing word document. Click on toolbar button "Document Card". The card for the document will rise. The card will not rise for new documents which are not saved and don't have their own path.
6.From scanner.
Click right mouse button on document folder in the Docsphere folder tree. Chose option "Add Scanning". You will get scanning interface.

At first time click on "Chose twain driver" to select one of twain image sources that are provided with your scanner or camera. Not all sources appearing in the list match. You need to find right one by testing scanning process with them one-one. If needed, correct the name of file that will hold scanned image. Click on "Start new single page scan" to get image from the scanner. Click on "Save loaded image button" to save the image. The document card for this image will be added to selected document tree folder.
