The system allows addition of custom fields of text type and list type with selection from the combo. The list source selection sql expression can be targeted on external data. Open the Docsphere.mdb and see the table t_CustomFields and T_CustomLists. We believe that the Docsphere system can be used as file management module that may be integrated in wide range of large custom systems like Product Specification Management System that include the function of management Paths to Drawings or other data files. The LINK_ID field of T_LINKS table can be used in such systems as key of above mentioned data files. We are ready to customize the program for such specific purposes by your request.
